We Are Not Bricklayers…We Are Tilers…The Difference is in the Detail!

 

When you think of fitting brick slips, you naturally think of a bricklayer. It’s natural to do so, until you realise that there is actually no ‘laying’ of anything. The bricks are ‘slips’ or slices of brick, which are very similar to tiles, that are laid in a uniform pattern, usually horizontally on walls, not on top of each other like a brick wall. In fact, fitting brick slips is actually nearer to the tilers way of working than the bricklayers.

 

Our tilers are qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2, meaning they have the necessary skill-set to produce a perfect finish, and are accustomed to working in a shop-fitting environment. They understand the need to be able to work alongside other trades, often out of hours or through the night in order to meet strict deadlines and get the job finished. We have produced outstanding results for our clients, who come back to us time and time again due to our exacting standards and our need to ensure the client comes first.
